Registration & Parent Account Information
- When registering children for clubs or events, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You must be a parent or legal guardian to register a child.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any medical, allergy, or emergency contact information provided.
Payments & Stripe Processing
- Payments are securely processed using Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
- Bookings may be processed through one of two Stripe accounts, depending on the activity location or delivery partner:

- B A Education London Ltd – Stripe Account B
- You authorise us (and Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for all bookings.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation terms are shown on each event page. Please read them carefully.
- A refund is only offered if a club or event is cancelled by B.A. Academy.
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions or change of circumstances.
- If your child moves schools during a club period, you may receive credit toward a holiday camp in place of a refund.
Medical & Emergency Information
- By booking, you confirm that all medical and allergy information provided is accurate and up to date.
- You grant us permission to act in loco parentis in the event of a medical emergency.
User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
- You are responsible for ensuring any person accessing the site through your connection complies with these Terms.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, course materials, branding, and media are owned or licensed by B.A. Academy.
- No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. This includes storing parent details, children’s details, and medical information where required for safeguarding and safety purposes.
